The Strategic Planning Meeting
The planning meeting is a kind of cornerstone. We spend time looking at what makes your brand special so that I can capture your true essence. We conclude by discussing the entire photoshoot, including the wardrobe, props, the best locations, and lighting.
Step 02
Shooting day
Shooting day is your time to shine. It’s totally about YOU. I use every method at my disposal, and then some, to put your true essence on film. Expect several wardrobe and sometimes even location changes, as well as other creative, on-the-spot techniques to make the day 100% productive.
Step 03
The Post-Production Phase
Based on my vast experience as a Valencia branding photographer, I choose and edit the shots that best express your personal brand. In 10 to 15 days, you receive a highly curated and edited selection of photos that can be used however you like, on billboards and websites, in print ads and commercials, for social media, and for anything your heart desires.

Getting Ready For a Personal Branding Photoshoot
What kinds of things should I know before the branding photoshoot?
To make the photoshoot capture and emphasize your particular vision and brand identity, we’ll explore all the details in advance. I’ll answer all your queries, walk you through the whole process, and assist with prop and wardrobe choices.
What should I wear during the session?
During the planning session, we will have an in-depth conversation about how to select clothing that makes the most of natural lighting. Clothing that stands out from the surroundings, focuses on your natural strengths, includes colors that agree with your skin tone and hair, and is consistent with the specific image you want to project.
From start to finish, how long does the full process take?
The entire process takes between 10 and 14 days. The planning meeting runs about 30–45 minutes, during which we decide about all the specifics of the photoshoot. On shoot day, we’ll spend between 2 hours and a half day to get all the shots we need. Sometimes, we’ll shoot over multiple days if the weather interferes or if we need to use multiple locations.
In the post-production phase, I’ll identify and edit the images that best align with your brand. Depending on the number of photos I take, this phase lasts about 7 or fewer days. Then, you’ll receive 40–50 photos, including headshots, full-figures, and additional angles.
Uh oh. I don’t know how to pose. Will that be a problem?
Not a problem. Very few people are at ease in front of a camera lens. It’s a super-common fear. All you need to do is take a deep breath and know that my job is to show you how to stand, where to fix your gaze, how to look completely natural, and where to place your hands. It’s all about making the shoot productive and fun.
