My 3-Step Magnetic Branding Photography Process
Step 01
The Initial Planning Meeting
During this crucial session, we will explore the uniqueness of your personal brand. Remember, I’m not only a photographer, I’m a Branding Expert whose mission is to capture your authentic essence. We’ll discuss every aspect of the photoshoot, including props, wardrobe, lighting, and location.
Step 02
Shooting day
Shooting day is ALL about you. I make no compromises as I go to any length to capture your true essence on camera. Be ready for multiple locations, wardrobe changes, and other on-the-spot creative approaches.
Step 03
The Post-Production Phase
To maximize the expression of your personal brand, I’ll choose and edit the very best shots from the photoshoot session. You’ll receive photos in 10 to 14 days and can use them for anything you like, including billboards, commercials, website placement, or social media posting.

Is there anything I need to know before the branding photoshoot?
During the planning meeting, we’ll explore your vision and brand identity in detail to make sure the photoshoot captures and enhances them. I’ll explain the whole process, answer all your questions, and help you select clothing and props.
What should I wear?
We’ll discuss all the related clothing details in the planning meeting, but you’ll want to wear clothing that represents your brand and personal values, is consistent with the brand image you wish to project, highlights your natural strengths, makes you shine, includes colors that work with your skin tone and hair, stands out from the surroundings, and makes the most of natural lighting and dominant colors of the environment.
How long does the process take from beginning to end?
Between 10 and 14 days from start to finish. The planning meeting, phase 1, consists of a 30- to 45-minute discussion where we decide on all the photoshoot details. The shoot day, phase 2, can take from 2 hours to a half day, depending on specifics. Sometimes we’ll need to shoot on multiple days if weather becomes an issue or we need to use multiple locations.
During post-production, phase 3, I’ll select and edit the best photos to perfectly align them with your brand. Depending on the number of photos, this phase takes about a week or 10 days. Expect to receive between 40 and 60 photos that include headshots, full figures, and other angles.
What if I don’t know how to pose?
No worries. Most people are not comfortable in front of a camera. It’s a very, very common fear. So, just take a huge breath and remember, I’m here to show you how to stand, where to put your hands, where to fix your gaze, how to look “natural,” and everything else to make your photoshoot enjoyable and productive.
