A room feels your energy before you say a word
The same energy that fills a room is why people get invited back to speak over and over.

What you’re actually booking
I don’t lecture. I create a space where people feel safe enough to see themselves clearly and leave with something they can’t get from a slide deck.
Whether emerging leaders struggling with visibility, or established founders who’ve hit a ceiling. The room leaves energised, with one clear shift they can implement immediately.
What to expect
- One real shift your audience acts on, not ten slides they forget by Monday.
- No hustle talks. I challenge the “outwork everyone” story your audience has already heard enough of.
- Clear communication before the event, so there are no surprises on the day.
Some of My Signature Topics
01
Presence Isn't a Performance
a room feels the gap between who you are and how you’re showing up before anyone says a word.
04
Rebuilding trust after a rebrand
a rebrand fails the same way a personal brand does: outside changes before the inside catches up.
02
Ledership when the ground moves
what happens to a leader’s identity during a restructure, and why skipping it costs trust first.
05
Your story is the first thing you're selling
before a company has a brand, it has a founder’s story, usually undersold or performed.
03
Selling without the slime
the difference between a performed pitch and an aligned one, which happens to be the one that closes.
06
The one thing AI can't fake
AI can write your posts, plan your funnel, even mimic your tone. What it can’t do is walk into a room and give people your actual energy.

Meet Michele, your next speaker
Michele is a branding strategist and founder of InnerLight, where he helps entrepreneurs become the authority their clients trust. Originally from Italy, he spent the last 12 years living and working across multiple countries, building businesses along the way, from early experiments to co-founding and exiting a successful digital marketing agency.
Today, his work focuses on what actually moves the needle: helping founders clarify their identity, sharpen their positioning, and communicate their story in a way that attracts opportunities. His approach blends branding, storytelling, and neuroscience, not just to improve how you present your business, but to transform how you show up as a leader.

Do you customize your talks for our industry or audience, or is it the same talk everywhere?
Every talk starts from the same core ideas, but none of them show up on stage the same way twice. Before I write a word of it, I ask about your room: who’s in it, what they’re actually dealing with, what you want people walking out with. The talk gets built around that. Not pulled off a shelf.
Can you combine or blend two topics into one session?
Depends on the pairing. Some of the topics build on each other naturally and work well combined into one session; others are better kept separate so neither gets rushed. Tell me what you’re trying to land with your audience and I’ll tell you honestly whether blending two makes sense, or if you’re better off picking one.
How do you handle a sensitive or controversial topic if the room needs it?
I don’t perform neutral just to keep a room comfortable. If a topic needs a direct take, calling out the hustle-culture story, or naming the gap between what a company says and how it actually operates, I’ll go there. Always anchored in what’s true for that specific room, not pushed for effect. I’d rather a talk land uncomfortably and stick than play it safe and get forgotten by Monday.
Will you stay for Q&A, a meet-and-greet, or networking after the session?
Yes. I don’t leave the stage and disappear. Q&A and mingling afterward are part of how I show up, not an optional extra.
Do you do a pre-event call with our team to prepare?
Always. One prep call happens before every booking, no exceptions. It’s how the talk actually gets built around your room instead of guessed at.
